Making the cleaning process more efficient

The high-performance air blowing program removes 99％ of the zirconium dioxide residue from the milled disc.
The special suction system automatically cleans its filter at the right time and maintains the cleaning performance.

Standard and open-edge adapters are included with the DWX-53DC. Users who want to mill the facial anatomy of bridges with a large span can do so with the newly developed open-edge adapter and a larger rotation angle of the B-axis, which is now a full 35 degrees. The machine is also equipped with Renfert's SILENT powerCAM EC suction unit, which switches on and off automatically via a special connection cable.
