The PRODEX 53 was developed for the highly efficient post-curing of 3D-printed parts and ensures optimal mechanical strength and improved material properties. Equipped with high-intensity UV LEDs, it ensures uniform and consistent curing, significantly reducing curing time while improving surface quality and durability.

Improved curing through nitrogen integration: The addition of nitrogen minimizes oxygen inhibition, which can interfere with the polymerization process. This results in stronger, more durable prints with improved surface smoothness and reduced stickiness—ideal for demanding applications.

When pure nitrogen is supplied, the pre-gas function can reduce the oxygen content in the chamber to below 1 %.

Integrated heating function for optimal resin performance: The integrated heating system keeps the temperature in the chamber constant, ensuring that the resin cures under optimal conditions. This improves polymerization, reduces curing defects, and optimizes the mechanical properties of the printed parts. This is particularly advantageous for technical and highly viscous resins. 

Dual light source: UV illumination from above and below The UV light system on the top and bottom ensures 360-degree exposure, eliminating shadow areas and achieving uniform curing of all surfaces. This design optimizes curing efficiency, especially for complex geometries, and ensures that every area of the print receives the necessary UV exposure.

Customizable user interface & material library: PRODEX 53 features an intuitive touchscreen interface that allows users to customize curing profiles to specific resin requirements. The ability to create and save a personalized material library ensures consistent results across different materials, improving workflow efficiency and reproducibility.

Large compartment for flexible use: The PRODEX 53 has a spacious chamber measuring 140 x 140 x 76 cm, allowing you to place more uncured objects inside at the same time. This design not only shortens the curing time, but also significantly optimizes the workflow, making every curing process faster and more flexible.
