Optional original accessories from MIHM-VOGT are the ideal addition to any laboratory furnace. For example, a special vapor exhaust fan protects the heating chamber and extends its service life by removing excessive moisture from the interior of the furnace. A catalytic converter helps to reduce environmental pollution and makes work more pleasant for laboratory staff, as wax vapors are post-combusted, pollutants are broken down and significantly reduced, and odor nuisance is thus noticeably reduced. Both the steam exhaust fan and the catalysts can be directly controlled via a corresponding socket on the back of the furnace and can also be retrofitted to any MIHM-VOGT laboratory furnace.
