En se basant sur le d\u00e9veloppement brevet\u00e9 du mat\u00e9riau de rail KeySplint Soft, qui conna\u00eet un grand succ\u00e8s, Keystone Industries a \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un tout nouveau mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9sine : le KeyPrint KeyModel Ultra. En collaboration avec Loctite, une filiale du groupe Henkel, Keystone a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 optimiser un grand nombre de propri\u00e9t\u00e9s importantes de la r\u00e9sine pour mod\u00e8les :<\/p>\n

  • Le model-resin pr\u00e9sente une r\u00e9activit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e qui permet une impression rapide sur les imprimantes DLP\/LED ainsi qu'une utilisation sur des imprimantes LCD monochromes plus faibles, comme les imprimantes Anycubic\u00ae ou Phrozen\u00ae.<\/li>\n
  • L'exp\u00e9rience montre que KeyModel Ultra est extr\u00eamement facile \u00e0 dessiner et que sa surface est tr\u00e8s peu collante.<\/li>\n
  • Pour les travaux d'orthodontie, le mat\u00e9riau Keystone pr\u00e9sente une innovation particuli\u00e8re : il contient d\u00e9j\u00e0 un agent de s\u00e9paration sp\u00e9cial qui permet de l'utiliser dans la technique de thermoformage sans utiliser d'isolation suppl\u00e9mentaire. Une solution optimale pour obtenir une grande efficacit\u00e9 de travail, par exemple dans la technique des aligneurs.<\/li>\n
