Adorbond CV Pulver 10-30 \u03bcm ist eine dentale Metallkeramik-Legierung auf Kobalt-Basis. Adorbond CV Pulver 10-30 \u03bcm ist frei von Nickel, Cadmium, Beryllium und Blei und entspricht gem\u00e4\u00df EN ISO 22674 dem Typ 5 f\u00fcr Applikationen, bei denen Teile der Vorrichtung eine Kombination aus hoher Steifigkeit und Dehnungsgrenze erfordern, z.B. d\u00fcnne herausnehmbare Teilprothesen, Teile mit d\u00fcnnen Querschnitten, Klammern. Adorbond CV Pulver 10-30 \u03bcm ist sowohl als Modellguss-Legierung als auch als Metallkeramik-Legierung verwendbar.

Das Design erfolgt mit geeigneter CAD-Software unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der zahntechnischen Regeln. Wandst\u00e4rke nach dem Ausarbeiten: mind. 0,3 mm. Verbinder so stark und hoch wie m\u00f6glich gestalten (H\u00f6he: mind. 3,5 mm, Breite: mind. 2,5 mm).<\/p>\n

SLM-Verfahren<\/strong>
\nStaubbildung beim \u00d6ffnen der Verpackung, beim Transport und beim Einf\u00fcllen des Pulvers in das SLM-System vermeiden! Ein auf die Korngr\u00f6\u00dfe von Adorbond CV Pulver 10-30 \u03bcm abgestimmtes SLM-System verwenden und Ger\u00fcstfertigung entsprechend der Gebrauchsanweisung des SLM-Systems durchf\u00fchren. Nicht geschmolzenes Pulver kann wiederverwendet werden, sollte jedoch vorher mithilfe eines Pulversiebes (80 \u03bcm) gesiebt werden. Geschmolzenes Pulver darf nicht, durch z.B. Gie\u00dfen, wiederverwendet werden.<\/p>\n

Kugelstrahlen<\/strong>
\nAbstrahlen der Produktionsplattform mit kugelf\u00f6rmigen keramischen Werkstoffen mit \uf0c6 0,125-0,250 mm bei 2,5-3,5 bar bis eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige S\u00e4ttigung der Oberfl\u00e4che sichtbar ist.<\/p>\n

Spannungsarmgl\u00fchen<\/strong>
\nDie W\u00e4rmebehandlung sollte in einem speziellen Ofen unter Argon-Atmosph\u00e4re durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Schutzgas-Box, in der die Produktionsplattform positioniert wird, bei einem Argon-Fluss von 1-2 L\/min in den kalten Ofen platzieren. Danach:
\n1.Innerhalb von 60 min auf 850 \u00b0C aufheizen und f\u00fcr 60 min die Temperatur halten.
\n2.Abk\u00fchlen lassen. Fr\u00fchestens bei 600 \u00b0C oder geringerer Temperatur die Ofent\u00fcr \u00f6ffnen und bei max. 300 \u00b0C die Schutzgasbox entnehmen und die Argon-Zufuhr schlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n

Ceramic firing<\/strong>
\nEs k\u00f6nnen die handels\u00fcblichen normal schmelzenden Aufbrennkeramiken f\u00fcr Kobalt-Aufbrennlegierungen mit passendem W\u00e4rmeausdehnungskoeffizient verwendet werden. Bitte beachten Sie die zugeh\u00f6rige Arbeitsanweisung und die Angaben des Keramikherstellers bez\u00fcglich der Abk\u00fchlgeschwindigkeit nach dem Brand. Nach dem Spannungsarmgl\u00fchen und Abk\u00fchlen der Produktionsplattform:
\n1. Restaurationen mit einer Bands\u00e4ge, rotierenden Instrumenten oder einer Zange von der Platte entfernen. Reste der St\u00fctzen ebenfalls mit einer Zange entfernen. Ger\u00fcst ausarbeiten. Hierf\u00fcr werden Hartmetallfr\u00e4sen empfohlen.
\n2. blast the framework surface in the stylus blaster with aluminum oxide 100 m or 250 m.
\n3. clean the framework in distilled water with ultrasound or with ethyl acetate degreasing agent.
\n4. oxide firing (optional to check the surface) 5 min at approx. 960 C under vacuum. After firing, always blast the oxide layer again and degrease again.
\nNote: cleanliness of the surface is the best protection against bubbles in the ceramic.
\nApply a thin layer of Wash firing, then apply the second base firing to achieve an even coverage.
\nAlways let paste opaque dry for 5-10 minutes at 600\u00b0C before heating.
\n6. firing and cooling according to the instructions of the manufacturer of the ceramic mass used.
\nIn the case of long-term cooling, carry out a cooling phase up to approx. 750 C after each Dentin, Correction and Glaze firing.<\/p>\n

Finishing up<\/strong>
\nAfter firing the ceramic, rubberize unveneered framework parts and polish to a high gloss with a polishing paste for dental alloys or with rotating polishing tools.<\/p>\n
